NanoBrilliant Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. Admission Policy

Admission is confirmed only after full/partial fee payment.

Students must provide correct personal and academic details during registration.

The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

2. Fee Structure

Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Fees must be paid on or before the due date.

Late payment may result in penalty or suspension from classes.

Any offers (free NEET/JEE coaching, discounts, etc.) are subject to academy terms.

3. Attendance & Discipline

Students must maintain regular attendance.

Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear for internal tests.

Misconduct, indiscipline, or misuse of academy property may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Academic Policy

Students must attend all classes, tests, and assignments regularly.

Performance will be monitored through unit tests, cumulative tests, and mock exams.

The academy does not guarantee ranks or results in NEET/JEE or board exams.

5. Study Materials

Study materials, test papers, and app access are for personal use only.

Sharing, copying, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Batch & Schedule

Batch timings and faculty allocation are subject to change.

The academy reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances.

7. Refund & Cancellation

No refund will be provided after admission confirmation.

In case of discontinuation by the student, fees will not be adjusted or refunded.

8. Liability

The academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged within the premises.

Students are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

9. Code of Conduct

Respect towards faculty and fellow students is mandatory.

Use of mobile phones during class is strictly restricted unless permitted.

10. Digital Platform Usage (if applicable)

App login credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Misuse of digital platforms may result in account suspension.

11. Parent Communication

Parents will receive updates regarding attendance and performance.

Parents are encouraged to attend review meetings.

12. Changes to Terms

NanoBrilliant Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
